Samantha joined the firm in 2022. Samantha works with a wide range of matters including business litigation, receivership matters, real estate transactions and contract disputes.
Recent Litigation Highlights
- Assisted in successfully representing a marine construction company in obtaining a multi-million-dollar result.
- Represented a Rhode Island construction company in an arbitration proceeding and obtained a favorable monetary award for our client.
- Assisted in successfully representing an owner of an architectural firm in a shareholder dispute through a full trial and appeal process.
- Assisted in representing a defendant in a complex construction dispute through a successful appeal, securing an award of attorneys’ fees.
- Represented a homeowner in a dispute against a contractor for breach of contract, fraud and violation of Rhode Island statutes to a successful result, including an award of treble damages.
- Represented multiple members/shareholders in disputes with other members/shareholders regarding business transactions.
- Represented clients in various other construction litigation matters, including mechanic’s lien matters, obtaining several favorable results through mediation, arbitration and settlement conferences.
Past Experience
During law school, Samantha worked as a legal intern with the Ferrucci Russo team. In addition, Samantha worked with Gilbane Building Company through the Roger Williams University School of Law Corporate Council Externship program. Samantha was also a member of the Law Review Executive Board, where she served as the Notes and Comments Editor for the 27th Volume of the Law Review. During the summer after her first year at law school, Samantha interned with the Honorable William E. Smith at the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island.

Samantha graduated from University of Massachusetts Amherst (B.A., 2018) and Roger Williams University School of Law (J.D., 2022) summa cum laude.
