Joe founded Ferrucci Russo P.C. in 2001 with attorney Mark Russo. Joe passed away unexpectedly in 2009.
An extremely gifted professional, he was an advocate and pioneer of such innovations in the Rhode Island receivership practice as the establishment of the Business Calendar to advance cases in a time-efficient manner in order to preserve jobs and investment in Rhode Island.
Joe's creativity and drive in the receivership/insolvency practice saved thousands of jobs and spurred Rhode Island's economy in countless ways. His dedication to the law and our clients remains the characteristic which best defines Ferrucci Russo Dorsey today.
